Pat joined Manhattan Audio, Inc. in 2002 and, in her 24+ years with the practice, has brought knowledge and support to our clerical and patient coordination needs. Pat provides our patients with the friendliest welcome, care, and attention, and provides the office with efficiency, effectiveness, and so much support. We are so happy Pat decided to join our team two decades ago, and excited to see her with us for decades to come.
Ingrid Mercado
Regional Manager
Ingrid joined Manhattan Audio, Inc. in 2008 and specializes in credentials, contracting, and medical billing. In her 18 years with us, she has managed and operated two of our facilities and brought to life our biggest and most challenging project — our new location. Ingrid is motivated and career-driven, with a strong financial background and a talent for solving problems effectively and in a timely fashion. She handles our patients and office with so much care and dedication.
