What Is CaptionCall
CaptionCall is a federally funded captioned telephone service for individuals with hearing loss. It provides:

- Continued use of your own voice
Only the other person’s speech is captioned, and captions appear on a CaptionCall phone or through the CaptionCall mobile app.
How CaptionCall Works
CaptionCall uses Internet Protocol Captioned Telephone Service (IPCTS), combining voice recognition technology with trained captioning support to deliver near-instant captions.
